You add RateMyCoach LLC in VECHS as an additional authorized user without result access. We walk you through the form; you keep the account.

You tell VECHS which of your own addresses receives result notifications. We check that it landed where you intended.

Confirm your screening program
FDLE VECHS or the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. We set your clocks and monitoring rules to the screening path you are already on.

The account identifiers your coaches give the print provider. You confirm them once; the platform prints them on every coach instruction.

Your organization applies to FDLE as the qualified entity, receives its ORI, and elects the Clearinghouse if it chooses. Bundled into the service; no setup fee.

Compliance and monitoring are included in the base. Your organization and coaches pay for state screening and fingerprinting directly with those providers; Veriden does not collect, mark up, or process any of it. Schools and districts are quoted separately.
